It is peak time to take lessons on media!
No time higlights the importance of news, than when Israeli is attacking. And nobody may know the role of the media than the Israelis themselves. Anf infact , I think, there is no country knows more on how to manipulate the mass media for its intres than the Israelis!
Launched two years ago under the slogan of setting the news agenda, Al jazeera English has already baggd prestigious international raward . Subjected to fierce propoganda as being anti-israeli and and terror TV by the right wing, it got difficullty to get platforms to carry it in US. However, intrestengly enough it is available in Israel and top Israeli leaders line up themsleves to reach the 130 million Al jazeera audiences. Something that US officials would pay a price if they dare to.
Al jazeera got a by pass though! It made available live feed from its webpage,
and also through Livestation for free. On the top of this it uploaded thousands of video clips on youtube.Al jazeera is updating its youtube page on the current Isreali offence on Gaza. Its news remained with honour of number one most dicussed as there are more than 11,000 comments just in one day, to be followed by a clip from AP only 1900 comments. Alrmed by this Israeli is now trying to pressurre Al jazeera so that it would end up Fox News?
Though broadcast from the mddile east it has broadcast centers in Malysia , UK and US and most of the staffs are from western media outlets of multi country and culture.

BBC, AFP Hailed for `Christian Ethiopia` Promotion
Various intrested groups ,accused of being involved in latest census data to their favor, have set a strategy to sell it to the world. What is noteworthy,thi time, is that they have turned it into public what used to be underground one.
In a specail radio program, it was urged urged to lobby for `Christian Ethiopia`, based on the contraversial data by making appear on all media outlets, webpages, research papers and .
Though dismayed by the shortness of the statement that implies their `Christian Ethiopia`, of the AFP and BBC, it was cosidered as encouraging, and something to build up on.
Gratefull to the 9/11 tragedy, all anti-islam elements got their dream fulfilled .Nobody is more aware of the hostility or the baiss of the media against the muslims than the Neocons.In facty they played a big role to get the media degraded to this level. Therefore it is no wonder that AFP and BBC gets the praised by Ethio-Neocons, for their biassed report.
The report was one sided and failed to mention the current and historical contraversy around it, as they often do when it comes to that of Sudan and Nigerai.They muted the other side of the story, and even did not mention the fact that 60 MPs rejected the report!!
Will BBC keep its credibilty, or end up to be Foxnews? Hope it will. And that is the hope of tens of millions of who are watching it. Just cover all sides of the story!
